I ordered a profile but did not receive it.

Within half an hour after successful payment you will receive the profile on the given email address. Didn't receive anything? Check your spambox first. Usually it ends up there because your security system does not recognize our email address. If you haven't received anything there either, please contact us.

What is the difference between a Birth Profile and an Annual Profile?

Your Birth Profile is based on the day you were born and applies to your entire life. Your Annual Profile is about a specific year in your life. Each year your birthday is on a different day sign and tone combination than your birth date. With that day sign and tone comes a profile that shows you your tools for growth and development in that particular year. It is an extra set of "tools" for that year of your life and very useful if you want to know where you are now and what qualities will help you move forward this year.

I ordered an Annual profile and suddenly I have a different Sun sign, is that right?

Each year your birthday is on a different day sign and tone combination. Only your day of birth and your 52nd birthday have the same day sign and tone combination. So the fact that you get a different profile is absolutely correct.
